Prop firm trading journal
A trading journal for prop firm and funded traders
Passing an evaluation is about staying inside the rules for long enough to reach the target, and keeping a funded account is the same job for longer. UNFLD keeps every evaluation and funded account side by side, counts what the challenges have really cost, and connects all of it to how you actually trade.

01
Every evaluation and funded account side by side
Add each account with its firm, its stage (evaluation phase or funded), its starting balance, and the profit target and max loss from your firm's rules. The accounts page shows each balance and P&L and how far the target still is, and the dashboard keeps evaluation and funded capital apart, because they are not the same money.
The targets and limits are the figures you enter: UNFLD doesn't read your firm's rules or watch your account for a breach. Your firm's own dashboard stays the official word.
- 1 account on Free, unlimited on Gold
- Archive an account when it ends and bring it back later (Gold)
02
What the challenges really cost
Funding, on Gold, counts the challenge fees you've paid against the payouts you've received, and the return on what you've spent. It's the number that says whether the whole run is working, not just this month's account.
03
Risk and discipline under the rules
Breaches usually come from a handful of trades taken against your own rules. Each journalled trade can carry your strategy's confluences as a checklist, an A, B or C grade and the emotions you noticed, and your habits at a glance show which of those keep turning up on losing trades.
Analytics show max drawdown, your worst trade, your longest losing streak and your average risk per trade. Consistency is your biggest winning day as a share of total profit, the way prop firms measure it, so you can see where you stand against a consistency rule.

04
Rehearse a challenge before you pay for one
The backtester can run a replay as a prop firm challenge. Set a profit target, a max daily loss, a max loss that is static or trailing, and a minimum number of trading days. Hitting the target passes, breaking a limit fails, and either one ends the replay, so you find out how your strategy copes with the rules before a fee is on the line.

05
Compare firms before you buy
The prop firm directory sets out forex and futures firms in one comparable shape: rules, fees, drawdown type and payout terms, next to each other. It's one list, kept up to date by us, and free to browse.

Questions
Will UNFLD stop me breaching a daily loss limit?
No. UNFLD only reads your trading history and never places, changes or closes a trade, so it can't stop one. It shows your accounts against the targets and limits you enter, and your journal and analytics help you see the habits behind a breach.
Which prop firms does it work with?
Any firm. Each account is added with the rules you enter, and trades come in by hand, or on Gold from an MT4, MT5, Tradovate or prop firm dashboard CSV, or on Platinum from a cTrader live sync. UNFLD doesn't connect to the firms themselves, and it doesn't check your account against every firm's specific rules.
Can I track several evaluation and funded accounts?
Free includes 1 trading account. Gold has unlimited accounts, archiving, and Funding for challenge fees and payouts.
Does UNFLD help me pass an evaluation?
It can show you how you trade under the rules and let you rehearse a challenge on historical data, but it can't guarantee a pass. That still comes down to your trading and your firm's rules.
What's the difference between static and trailing drawdown?
Static max loss is measured from your starting balance; trailing max loss moves up as your balance makes new highs. The prop firm rules lesson explains both, with examples.
