Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- No, because the free plan is the trial, and it doesn't run out. Use it for as long as you like and upgrade when you need something Gold or Platinum adds.
- How do I upgrade?
- Create an account, then choose monthly or yearly on the Subscription page inside the app. Payment is handled by Whop.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Manage billing on the Subscription page. Your plan won't renew, and it stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. How refunds work is on the refunds page.
- What happens to my accounts if I leave Gold or Platinum?
- Free includes one trading account. The day your paid plan ends, we keep the one you added most recently and permanently delete the others, with their trades and journal. When you cancel, we email you the date, so you can delete the ones you don't need first and keep the one you want.
- Which platforms can I bring trades in from?
- Any of them by hand, on any plan. On Gold, statements from MT4, MT5, prop firm dashboards and Tradovate import from a CSV file. On Platinum, cTrader accounts also sync once a day or whenever you press Sync now.
- Can UNFLD place trades on my account?
- No. UNFLD only reads your account's history. It never places, changes or closes a trade.
