Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UNFLD at unfldtrading.com ("UNFLD", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing or using UNFLD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@unfldtrading.com.
1. What UNFLD Is
UNFLD is a trading journal, analytics and account-monitoring platform.
UNFLD may allow you to:
- record and organise trades;
- connect supported trading accounts;
- import and display trading activity;
- view balances, performance statistics and analytics;
- maintain journal entries, notes, tags and screenshots;
- review historical trading information;
- use backtesting and analysis tools;
- view economic-calendar, market or other third-party information; and
- use other features we may make available from time to time.
UNFLD does not execute trades. We do not place, modify, cancel or close trades on your behalf.
UNFLD is not a broker, investment manager, financial adviser, trading adviser, execution venue or trading platform.
2. No Financial, Investment or Trading Advice
Nothing provided through UNFLD constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal or other professional advice.
Any statistics, analytics, performance calculations, market information, economic-calendar information, news, backtests, projections, signals, charts or other information displayed through UNFLD are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when and how to trade.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and you may lose some or all of your capital. You should independently verify information and obtain professional advice where appropriate before making financial decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Trading Results
UNFLD does not guarantee any particular trading result, return, profit, performance level or outcome.
Historical performance, simulated results, backtests, statistics and other analytical information do not guarantee future results.
Backtesting and simulated performance may differ materially from live trading because of, among other things, spreads, commissions, slippage, liquidity, execution conditions, market impact, data quality and other factors.
Any performance information displayed by UNFLD should not be interpreted as a promise, forecast or guarantee of future performance.
4. Accuracy and Availability of Information
Information displayed through UNFLD may originate from:
- your connected broker or trading platform;
- imported files;
- information entered by you;
- third-party APIs or data providers;
- economic-calendar providers;
- market-data providers; or
- other external sources.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that information will always be accurate, complete, current, available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly classified, unavailable or changed by the original provider.
This includes, without limitation:
- account balances;
- trade history;
- order information;
- profit and loss calculations;
- drawdown calculations;
- performance statistics;
- economic-calendar times;
- economic-calendar figures;
- market data;
- historical data;
- backtesting data; and
- information supplied by third parties.
You should verify important information against your broker, trading platform or original data source before relying on it.
5. Broker and Trading-Account Connections
UNFLD may allow you to connect supported brokers, trading platforms or account-data providers.
When you connect an account, you authorise UNFLD and its relevant service providers to access the information necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Depending on the provider, this may involve API credentials, access tokens, investor/read-only credentials or other authentication information.
You must only connect an account that you are legally authorised to access.
You are responsible for ensuring that connecting your account to UNFLD complies with the terms and policies of your broker, trading platform, prop firm or other account provider.
UNFLD does not control third-party brokers, trading platforms or account providers and cannot guarantee that a connection will remain available.
Connections may fail, disconnect, become unavailable, be revoked, be rate-limited or return incomplete or incorrect information.
UNFLD is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate records or other consequences resulting from a broker, trading platform, API, data provider or other third-party service.
UNFLD does not have authority to execute trades merely because an account is connected.
6. Third-Party Services
UNFLD may rely on third-party services to provide hosting, authentication, email, analytics, account connectivity, market data, economic-calendar information, payment processing or other functionality.
Third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose restrictions or discontinue functionality at any time.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, security or performance of third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
7. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use UNFLD.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- keeping your account secure;
- all activity carried out through your account; and
- notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not share your account credentials with another person or allow another person to use your account where doing so is prohibited by UNFLD or the relevant third-party service.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use UNFLD to:
- access another person's data without authorisation;
- attempt to bypass security or authentication;
- interfere with or disrupt the service;
- overload or attack our infrastructure;
- probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities without our permission;
- introduce malicious code or harmful software;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract substantial amounts of UNFLD data;
- resell or commercially redistribute UNFLD data or functionality without our permission;
- use UNFLD for unlawful purposes;
- impersonate another person or entity; or
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or information.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect UNFLD, our users or third parties.
9. Your Content and Trading Data
You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to UNFLD, including journal entries, notes, screenshots and other user-generated material ("User Content"), subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
You grant UNFLD a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload or connect any information you provide to UNFLD.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious software or violates these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
UNFLD and its underlying software, technology, design, branding, logos, interfaces, features and original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where these Terms expressly permit it, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of UNFLD.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of UNFLD or any of our intellectual property to you.
11. Subscriptions and Payments
If UNFLD offers paid subscriptions or other paid services:
- the applicable price will be shown before purchase;
- you are responsible for providing accurate payment information;
- payments may be processed by third-party payment providers;
- subscriptions may renew automatically where this is clearly disclosed before purchase;
- you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation process provided by UNFLD; and
- refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms and your statutory rights.
Free trials. Where a plan includes a free trial, you will be asked for a payment method when the trial starts. Once a free trial has started, it ends on the date shown at checkout. When it ends, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged the price of the plan you chose (for example, monthly or yearly), and again at each renewal until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Each person may use a plan's free trial only once; if you have already used it, you will be charged when you subscribe.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may change pricing for future subscription periods by providing reasonable notice where required by law.
12. Cancellation and Account Deletion
You may stop using UNFLD at any time.
Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@unfldtrading.com, subject to information we are legally required or reasonably entitled to retain.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to stored trading history, journal information, screenshots, analytics and other account data.
You are responsible for exporting any information you wish to retain before requesting deletion.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep UNFLD available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features.
Where a material change affects your rights or the service you have paid for, we will provide notice where required by law.
14. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through UNFLD.
However, no internet service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that transmission and storage of information online carries inherent risks.
If you become aware of unauthorised access to your UNFLD account or connected credentials, you should immediately secure the affected account and contact us.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNFLD and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for:
- trading losses;
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of investment capital;
- missed trading opportunities;
- losses arising from trading decisions;
- losses caused by inaccurate, delayed or unavailable data;
- losses caused by broker, API, trading-platform or third-party failures;
- loss or corruption of data;
- indirect or consequential losses; or
- any other loss arising from your use of or inability to use UNFLD,
except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate UNFLD for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities and expenses arising directly from:
- your unlawful use of UNFLD;
- your deliberate or negligent breach of these Terms;
- your unauthorised use of another person's account or data;
- your violation of a third party's rights; or
- User Content that you submit in breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to UNFLD where reasonably necessary to:
- enforce these Terms;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- protect the security of the service;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- protect UNFLD, our users or third parties.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an explanation.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of UNFLD after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the country in which you live that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your UNFLD subscription at any time.
Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
Your access to paid features will generally remain available until the end of the period that you have already paid for.
When a paid subscription ends, your account moves to the free plan, which includes one trading account. If you have more than one active trading account at that time, we will keep the one you added most recently and permanently delete the others, together with their trades, journal entries and payouts. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. To choose which account is kept, delete the others before your paid period ends. Where we know in advance that your subscription will end (for example, after you cancel), we will tell you by email and in your account before this happens.
2. Refunds
Except where you have a legal right to a refund, payments for UNFLD subscriptions are non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has started.
We do not generally provide refunds or credits for:
- unused time remaining on a subscription;
- failure to use the service;
- changing your mind after purchasing;
- failure to connect a supported trading account;
- incompatibility with a third-party broker or trading platform;
- inaccurate information entered or imported by you;
- trading losses or other financial losses; or
- features that you did not use.
A payment taken when a free trial ends is a normal subscription payment and is covered by this policy in the same way as any other.
Every refund request is reviewed by a person. Requests are not decided automatically: a member of the UNFLD team looks at each one individually, considers the circumstances and replies by email. A refund is only approved once we confirm it to you in writing.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
3. Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel your subscription within applicable cooling-off periods.
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel and receive a refund, we will process the refund in accordance with that law.
4. Immediate Access to Digital Services
UNFLD is a digital service that may provide immediate access to your account, analytics, trading data, backtesting tools and other paid features after purchase.
Where legally permitted, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request that the service begins immediately and to acknowledge the consequences of doing so in relation to any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
5. Service Problems
If UNFLD does not provide the service with the level of quality or conformity required by applicable consumer law, you may have statutory rights to request that the issue is remedied or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us at:
We will investigate the payment and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
7. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Payments
If you believe a payment was made using your payment method without your authorisation, contact us immediately.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive activity before processing a discretionary refund.
8. How Refunds Are Paid
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will normally issue it using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.
Refund processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
9. Contact
For cancellation or refund requests, contact:
Please include the email address associated with your UNFLD account and, where available, the relevant transaction or invoice information.
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies UNFLD uses, and forms part of these Terms. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. "Similar technologies" here means your browser's local storage, which keeps small settings on your device.
2. Cookies We Use
All of UNFLD's cookies are first-party: set by unfldtrading.com, and not shared with advertisers.
- tn_session — keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary. Lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
- tn_welcome — shows the one-time welcome screen after you sign in. Lasts up to one minute and is deleted once shown.
- tn_signed_out — after you sign out, sends your next sign-in to the dashboard. Lasts one day.
- tn_whop_oauth — protects "Continue with Whop" while you sign in on Whop, and remembers the boxes you ticked before leaving. Strictly necessary for security. Lasts fifteen minutes and is deleted when you come back.
- ctrader_oauth_state — protects the connection while you link a cTrader account. Strictly necessary for security. Lasts ten minutes.
- tn_ref — records which UNFLD link (for example one on our social media profiles) brought you to the site, so we can see which channels lead to sign-ups. Set only when you arrive through one of those links. Lasts 30 days.
- tn_vid — a random identifier set with tn_ref, so repeat visits through our links are counted once. Lasts one year.
3. Local Storage
UNFLD keeps some preferences in your browser's local storage: your theme and accent colour, whether the sidebar is collapsed, the time zone you choose on the calendar and in the lessons, the risk calculator's last inputs, and the confluences you tick on a strategy. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies.
5. Third-Party Sites
We do not use advertising cookies. When you pay through Whop, or approve a cTrader connection on cTrader's site, you are on their website, which sets its own cookies under its own policies.
6. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies, and clear local storage, in your browser's settings. If you block tn_session you will not be able to stay signed in, and clearing local storage resets the preferences above.
7. Changes and Contact
We update this policy when the cookies we use change; the date at the top of these Terms shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to support@unfldtrading.com.
