Zones & imbalances
Where price sits between the higher timeframe's supply and demand: buy low on it, sell high, skip the middle.
In supply and demand trading, the curve is the higher-timeframe range between the freshest supply zone above and the freshest demand zone below. It's split into thirds. Low on the curve, near demand, is 'wholesale': the place to look for longs. High on the curve, near supply, is 'retail': the place for shorts. The middle third is where neither has the edge.
It works like premium and discount in ICT, with zones instead of a 50% line. The thirds as usually drawn may be a later simplification of the Online Trading Academy teaching.
